Cancellation Policy

At Executive Detailing, we value your time—and ours. To ensure the best scheduling experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
